A Coffs local, Jos returned home after working around Australia and abroad for ten years. After completing a Bachelor of Business at Southern Cross University, Jos relocated to the Northern Territory working in business development positions for Accor hotels and then moving on to the Darwin Convention Centre where she was part of the centre’s pre-opening team, involved in all aspects of business development and the planning and execution of large scale conferences and events.

From there, Jos spent time working with Mantra Group in conference sales, delivering events for a variety of clients. She then moved on to Sofitel Brisbane Central, the largest conference hotel in Brisbane, where she further developed her skills in understanding her clients’ needs and the organisation of their high profile events.

After this, adventure called and Jos took off on an 18 month working holiday in Canada where she worked with Tourism Victoria (British Columbia) as their Manager-Associations and was responsible for bringing North American conference clients to Vancouver Island.

Jos lives in Korora with her husband Nate and much loved dog Daisy and enjoys getting to know our many clients and assisting them to best market their organisations.
