Website Case Study: Stuarts Point Workers’ Recreation & Bowls Club

Website case study

Stuarts Point Workers’ Recreation & Bowls Club

THE BRIEF

When developing SPWRBC’s new website, modernisation and ease of use were the key factors in driving the design. Their existing website was very outdated, however the fact that it was non-functional was a red flag. Having a functioning website is essential to any size Club, as it is the only online resource they own. SPWRBC is a vibrant little Club located on the magnificent Macleay River, so we wanted to highlight this and the town of Stuart’s Point, as well as promote the Club’s many offerings.

THE SOLUTION

To achieve this, we gave the new site a fresh coat of paint using a colour palette reminiscent of the Club’s beautiful surrounds and immersed the user into an environment that was welcoming and eye-catching. The original site’s content was then reorganised into a simple sitemap – a tool we always use – and reimagined in the new site with large and impactful imagery to enhance the delivery of the information.

THE RESULT

A website that is easy to navigate, quick to update and is appealing to all types of patrons. It is a resource which enhances the Club’s authenticity as well as its love for the village of Stuart’s Point.

We LOVE hosting our clients’ websites in the cloud for that added peace of mind, security and optimal performance!
