Armidale City Bowling Club

We love helping our clients to realise their 'wish list' for the many websites we've built

over the years. Let's check out one we redesigned this year that is modern and functional – Armidale City Bowling Club.

THE BRIEF

ACBC’s website was in desperate need of a refresh. Their existing website was not cohesive, nor responsive and the overall design needed a modern overhaul. Given the Club is an award-winning wedding venue, it needed to highlight this, as well as showcase the Club’s other amazing offerings.

THE SOLUTION

For a site with a lot of content we always start with the bare bones and create a detailed sitemap. This really helps our clients to visualise how their site will function and allows us to build the site with a clear plan of attack. For ACBC we created a secure site featuring a nested menu structure which is always available to the user, impactful imagery and video and a section solely dedicated to showcasing their many well-deserved industry awards. We changed the look and feel so that the site was revitalised, modern and fresh, but also kept in line with their style guide and complimented their overall colour scheme.

THE RESULT

“We approached Axis IQ to update our website. We wanted a fresh, modern look and to improve its functionality. The entire process flowed without a hitch, and everyone was so helpful. We now have a website we are very happy with and if feedback from our customers is any indication, functionality has now improved significantly!”
