CLUBS PACKAGE - USER REVIEW

Sarah Kane
Head of Marketing and promotions
EVERGLADES COUNTRY CLUB

How long has the Impact Data Clubs Package been installed at the Club?

It has been installed at Everglades for 2 years now?

What was most appealing about the Clubs Package solution?

The integration with our POS and gaming is the most appealing feature. At the time we also needed a marketing database and communication solution, the Clubs Package was able to fill that gap for us.

You have the Clubs Package which not only provides a communication platform to members (SMS and email) but also integrates with your POS and gaming system to trigger automated offers and communications. Can you describe which automations you utilise?

We have a number of automations programmed and running in the background including:

Welcome – an introductory communication that promotes our various activities, events and services.

Expected Revisit – when enough data is collected and a pattern is established, an offer is triggered for their next expected visit.

Late Revisit – an offer that is triggered when the customer missed a visit according to their usual visit pattern.

These keep our customers thinking about us and coming back regularly.

What sort of response do you receive when these automations are triggered?

We have a very engaged database with open rates of over 40% every communication and claim rates of over 50%.

You also utilise the wifi package where anyone who wants to use the wifi in the venue registers using their details – how do you utilise this data in the system?

We have the wifi package and also the restaurant package. These both collect data and either match that up with our existing customers or adds these new customers to our database. It essentially allows information to flow into our database from all the touch points in the club.

Do you find the program easy to use?

It is one of the most straight-forward and clear programs I’ve ever used, the dashboard and reports are easy to read. I love it.

Do you think Impact Data’s solution would benefit all clubs, large and small (and why?)

No matter the size of your club, data is so important. Knowing your customer and being able to communicate to them with relevant, personalised information and offers is crucial to every business.
